"I want everyone to know how hard Davina Howard worked for me. I lived 2.5 hours away and a lot of things necessary to close the house were handled by her. Once we finally got an offer, she busted her butt to make sure it all worked out. She spent untold hours finding me a painter to repaint the house, getting paint mixed for me, she even painted my quarter round in three rooms of the house because the buyer wanted it done and I refused. There were several other things that she did as well that the buyer wanted and I was just not willing to do because I didn't think it was necessary. She most likely kept the deal from falling through, and didn't complain once. She is extremely dedicated and deserves a huge recognition. "
